Nikolay Gul

Applied AI, web development, technology marketing and publishing.

Based in Syracuse, New York, Nikolay works at the intersection of technical systems and clear communication. VAIMS brings that focus to a practical problem: useful knowledge trapped across files, formats and recordings.

The product’s guiding principle is simple: a useful result should remain connected to material a person can inspect.

“Find the answer.Keep the evidence.”

Why this project exists

Archives grow around real work. They inherit inconsistent filenames, multiple copies, incomplete descriptions and information scattered across media. VAIMS helps bring discovery and source review into the same conversation.

The first commercial step

Private demonstrations and scoped evaluations help establish where the workflow is useful, what a collection needs and whether a deeper engagement makes sense.

Development approach

AI tools assist engineering and research. Product decisions, testing and published claims remain subject to human review.

Editorial approach

VAIMS publishes practical notes about archive discovery, evidence review and collection evaluation. Articles are educational guidance, not claims of independently measured product performance. Illustrative workflows are labeled and should not be read as customer case studies.
