What does VAIMS stand for?
Visual Archive Intelligence Media Suite. VAIMS.ai is the short brand address for the project.
What kinds of material can I explore?
The four suites cover images, supported documents and PDFs, audio recordings and video. The supported formats and configured workflow are confirmed for each engagement.
Is Pilot 1.0 available to see?
Private demonstration requests and scoped evaluation conversations are open. Submit your collection type and the question you want to explore.
Does VAIMS require a cloud upload of my collection?
The offered archive workflow runs on a configured local workstation. This website does not accept archive uploads. Any sample transfer and processing arrangements are agreed separately.
Can I start without sharing my files?
Yes. An initial demonstration can use the VAIMS demonstration collection. Describe your problem first and agree on any sample handling later.
What makes an answer verifiable?
You can inspect the material used to support it and follow the reference back to its file, document page or recording moment. An AI answer alone does not establish a fact.
Are transcription and OCR always correct?
No. Accuracy depends on source quality, language and configuration. Important passages should be checked against the original recording or page.
Does VAIMS delete or overwrite my originals?
The discovery workflow preserves source files and works with derived information. Any project closeout or deletion requirements are separately scoped and agreed.
Is installation on my computer required?
An initial demonstration can run on a managed VAIMS workstation. Other deployment arrangements depend on hardware, support and the proposed engagement.
What does an evaluation cost?
Scope and commercial terms are discussed directly. This website does not publish a standard price or promise a free evaluation.
Can investors and strategic partners contact you?
Yes. Choose a partnership conversation or investor briefing on the inquiry form and describe your interest.
