Website purpose
This site describes VAIMS and invites demonstration, evaluation and partnership inquiries. Website material is not a software license, service contract or commitment to deliver every configuration or future capability.
Pilot demonstrations and evaluations
Pilot 1.0 is offered through controlled demonstrations and scoped evaluation conversations. Confirm the supported formats, hardware, workflows and deliverables for the proposed engagement.
AI output and source review
Recognition, transcription, speaker grouping, retrieval and model-assisted answers can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important findings against original material. A generated answer or source reference alone does not certify a conclusion.
Collection permissions
Only provide or authorize processing of material you are permitted to use. Any evaluation involving non-public information needs agreed handling arrangements before files are shared.
Software and third-party materials
VAIMS software, public materials and third-party components have their respective ownership and licensing terms. Public descriptions do not grant access to proprietary source code. Applicable third-party notices are handled with the relevant distribution.
Commercial discussions
Availability, pricing, installation, maintenance, support, data retention and other commercial terms require separate agreement. An investor inquiry is a request for a conversation; the website is not an investment offer.
