Who handles website inquiries
This website is operated for VAIMS by Nikolay Gul. Use the inquiry form to ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information.
Information you provide
The form stores your name, email, organization, chosen conversation type and any optional details you submit. It records submission time, a keyed hash of your connection IP address and browser information for request management and abuse prevention. Submissions are used to respond, coordinate conversations and keep a record of follow-up.
Email and hosting
The configured website recipient receives an email notification where hosting mail delivery permits. A confirmation is also attempted to your submitted address when enabled. Hosting and email providers necessarily process information involved in operating these services; delivery is not guaranteed by the form alone.
First-party visitor statistics
When enabled, the site records page path, time, referring host, broad browser and device categories, recognized crawler name and a keyed hash derived from the IP address. The application analytics database does not store the raw IP address. The hosting provider may separately maintain ordinary server and security logs.
Session cookies
The site uses a first-party session cookie for security and form handling, including on pages that initialize a session. The private Studio uses session authentication. The supplied public site has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Retention and requests
Inquiry information is retained for follow-up and request management. Ask about retention or request deletion through the form. Operational logs and backups may follow the hosting provider’s separate retention arrangements.
Archive content
This site does not accept archive uploads. Do not include confidential records, credentials or restricted collection content in the form. An evaluation of your material requires separate handling, access and retention arrangements.
